制定并认真执行先进合理的劳动定額和編制定員标准,建立健全定額、定員管理制度,是加强企业劳动計划管理,提高劳动生产效率,节約和合理使用劳动力,促进生产发展的重要措施。近年来,各个建筑材料和非金屬矿工业企业,在定額、定員管理方面都做了很多工作,取得了不小的成績。但是由于生产发展很快,我們的工作还远远没有赶上生产发展的需要;再加上某些同志在思想上对加强定額、定員管理工作的重要意义还认識不足,以至这一工作在各个企业及部門之間发展还不平衡。
