今年一月,中共中央纪律检查委员会为研究如何进一步搞好党风而召开的座谈会指出,全党同志要自觉地拿起批评与自我批评的武器,清除自己政治上的灰尘,坚决地同一切不正之风作斗争,争取党风在一九八二年有一个决定性的好转。要实现这个目标,就必须加强和改善党的领导,增强党的战斗力。为此,除了认真总结我们党本身丰富的正反两方面的经验外,还需要善于借鉴当时列宁领导下的俄共(布)在这方面为我们提供的宝贵历史经验。
