应用体视学(stereology)方法,在定量研究损伤肺的大体及光镜水平形态学变化的基础上,对肺脏的超微结构进行立体计量研究,得出了一系列形态变化的定量参数。并进行了这些参数与肺气体交换功能指标问的相关及回归分析,初步建立了大鼠冲击伤后主要血气指标在形态定量参数上的回归方程。材料与方法:Wistar大鼠13只,5只正常对照,8只冲击波致伤。伤后立即麻醉,腹主动脉采血作血气分析。标准肺脏立体计量方法固定、取材。大体、光镜、电镜水平采用微机辅助立体计量技术进行立体计量分析。相关分析及回归方程的建立通过SPMR程序包进行。
Using the stereology method, we quantitatively studied the morphological changes of the damaged lungs in general and light microscopy, and studied the ultrastructure of the lungs quantitatively and obtained a series of quantitative parameters of morphological changes. Correlation and regression analysis between these parameters and parameters of lung gas exchange were conducted to establish the regression equation of the main blood gas parameters in morphometric parameters after shock injury. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirteen Wistar rats, five normal controls, and eight shockwaves were injured. Anesthesia immediately after injury, abdominal aorta blood for blood gas analysis. Standard lung stereoscopic measurement method is fixed, drawn. In general, light microscopy, electron microscopy using computer-aided three-dimensional measurement technology for three-dimensional measurement analysis. Correlation analysis and regression equations were established using the SPMR package.
