本文用形态学、酶组化及免疫学包括单克隆抗体、免疫组化法研究10例T小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤。7例原发于淋巴结及扁桃体,形态上依据核的外形分为圆型和曲核型,免疫表型Leu,7例均(+),Leu3a 5例(+),Leu2a均为(—)。3例为OKT3(+),OKT8(+),OKT4(—),OKT6(—),OKB7(—)。讨论了此型淋巴瘤的临床和病理特征、命名、分型及我们对分型的新建议。其中1例皮肤淋巴瘤的形态变化,可能说明T细胞的形形态转化。
In this paper, morphological, enzymatic and immunology, including monoclonal antibodies, immunohistochemistry of 10 cases of T-lymphocyte lymphoma. 7 cases of primary lymph nodes and tonsils, morphologically based on the shape of the nucleus is divided into circular and karyotype, immunophenotype Leu, 7 cases were (+), Leu3a 5 cases (+), Leu2a were (-). Three cases were OKT3 (+), OKT8 (+), OKT4 (-), OKT6 (-), OKB7 (-). The clinical and pathological features, nomenclature, typing, and our new suggestion of typing were discussed. One case of cutaneous lymphoma morphological changes may explain the morphological transformation of T cells.
