一、砧木处理不好 黑籽南瓜休眠期长,若选用当年种子或对种子处理不当,会直接影响其发芽率。应选用隔年种子,在55～60℃温水中浸种8小时,置于30～35℃下催芽,不仅种子发芽率高,而且发芽快而整齐。
