目的目的了解定安县人民医院护士疲劳现状,分析影响护士疲劳的相关因素,提出相应的干预措施。方法采用一般情况调查表及国际通用的疲劳量表-14(FS-14),对定安县人民医院所有护士进行自填问卷调查。结果定安县人民医院护士总疲劳平均得分(7.47±3.36)分,130名护士中疲劳总得分达到疲劳标准7分以上(包括7分)的有76人,占58.46%。是否罹患疾病、平均每天不同工作时间、每周不同值夜班情况、每周不同运动情况、不同科室间的疲劳总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同体质指数间的躯体疲劳得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以上指标均为疲劳的影响因素。多元线性回归分析结果,运动、罹患疾病和体质指数是疲劳的预测变量(P<0.05),为护士疲劳的重要影响因素。结论定安县人民医院护士普遍存在疲劳现象,影响其疲劳的因素主要有运动、罹患疾病、体质指数、工作时间、值夜班情况及不同的工作科室,需采取运动锻炼、定期体检、合理排班等综合措施进行预防及改善。
Objective To understand the current situation of fatigue among nurses in Ding'an People's Hospital, analyze the related factors that affect the fatigue of nurses and put forward corresponding intervention measures. Methods The general situation questionnaire and the internationally accepted fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) were used to survey all the nurses in Ding'an People's Hospital for self-administered questionnaires. Results The average fatigue score of nurses in Ding'an County People's Hospital was (7.47 ± 3.36) points, while that of 130 nurses was 76, accounting for 58.46% of the total fatigue scores of 7 points (including 7 points). (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the scores of fatigue in different departments (P <0.05), physical fatigue score of different body mass index The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the above indicators are the impact of fatigue factors. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that exercise, disease and body mass index were the predictors of fatigue (P <0.05), which were the most important factors affecting the fatigue of nurses. Conclusion The fatigue of the nurses in Dingan People's Hospital is widespread. The main factors that affect the fatigue are exercise, disease, body mass index, working hours, night work shift and different work departments. Exercise exercises, regular physical examination and reasonable scheduling are required. Comprehensive measures to prevent and improve.
