目的:制备具有中医“寒凝血瘀”表现的子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,并进行观察研究。方法:采用自体移植手术加冰水浸泡法制备大鼠模型。将SD雌性大鼠的子宫内膜片段移植于大鼠腹壁内侧面;对照组只作腹壁切开术,而不作内膜移植。分别于造模后4周、6周、8周各随机取9只,观察大鼠中医临床表征、移植内膜外观,取异位内膜行病理学观察,腹主动脉取血,分别行血液流变学和凝血功能检测。结果:移植物大体呈小囊状,色白透明或暗红,显微镜下小囊具有子宫内膜的基本组织结构,模型动物具有中医“寒凝血瘀”的临床症状及子宫内膜异位症的病理改变。结论:本方法简单可靠,模型成功率高,对中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的研究有应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare a rat model of endometriosis with Chinese medicine “cold coagulation and blood stasis”, and observe the study. Methods: Rat model was prepared by autologous transplantation and ice-water immersion method. The endometrial fragments of SD female rats were transplanted into the medial side of the abdominal wall of rats. The control group was only used for abdominal wall incision but not for endometrial transplantation. Nine rats were randomly selected at 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks after modeling respectively. The clinical manifestations of Chinese medicine were observed. The appearance of endometrium was observed. Pathological examination of ectopic endometrium was performed. Rheology and coagulation tests. Results: The implants were mostly cystic, transparent and dark red in color, the cysts had the basic structure of the endometrium under microscope, and the model animals had the clinical symptoms of “cold coagulation and blood stasis” and endometriosis Pathological changes. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and the success rate of the model is high. It is of value in the study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis.
