以前我们浇筑设备基础预留孔,采用木板钉成方形空心模,上端略大于下端。当混凝土浇筑后进入终凝时,用手动葫芦将芯模拔出。当深度超过1米时,拆模有时很困难,甚至有时拔不出来。为了避免上述问题,我们在施工中制造了一种非常容易拆除的模具(见图)。采用这种模具施工时,当混凝土浇筑到预留孔底标高时,把事先制作好的模具定位栓埋入基础混凝土内,使它在基础预留孔的设计中心位置。找正后便可继续浇筑混凝土。当混凝
In the past, we used to set a hole in the foundation of the equipment and used a wooden board to nail a square hollow mold with the upper end slightly larger than the lower end. When the concrete is poured into the final setting, the mandrel is pulled out with a manual hoist. When the depth is more than 1 meter, it is sometimes difficult to remove the mold, and sometimes it is impossible to pull it out. In order to avoid the above problems, we made a very easy to remove mold in construction (see figure).
