四川盆地上三叠统须家河组气藏经历了50多年的勘探开发,存在着“储量大、采出低”的难题。工厂化井作业是降低钻完井、井场建设成本,提高作业效率的重要手段。为此,基于北美地区工厂化钻完井作业成功实施的案例,综合分析了四川盆地金秋区块须家河组非常规天然气资源的特点,提出了以下工厂化井作业模式:①采用小井眼结构及单井场最多布36口井,井间地下间距650m的井眼数量优选方案;②采用单排、多井丛且有备用井眼(井丛)的丛式井布局模式;③采用3项交叉作业(钻井+完井+生产)模式,缩短井交付周期;④柔性井场布局设计可以有效地避开地形的限制;⑤选用定制钻机和修井机来完成特定作业目的;⑥作业过程中合理设计离线作业以提高钻完井效率;⑦采用批量完井压裂工厂化模式。这种工厂化井作业可为非常规天然气资源高效、低成本开发提供技术思路和实现手段。
The Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation gas reservoirs in Sichuan Basin experienced more than 50 years of exploration and development, with the problems of “large reserves and low production”. The operation of factory well is an important means to reduce the cost of well drilling and completion, well site construction and operation efficiency. Therefore, based on the successful implementation of factory-boring and completion drilling operations in North America, the following characteristics of unconventional natural gas resources in Xujiahe Formation of Jinqiu block in the Sichuan Basin are analyzed: (1) And a single well field up to 36 wells, the underground spacing of 650m underground well between the number of options; ② using single row, multi-well and there are spare wellbore (wells Cong) cluster well pattern; ③ using 3 Cross-operation (drilling + completion + production) model, shortening the well delivery cycle; ④ flexible well site layout design can effectively avoid the limitations of the terrain; ⑤ use custom drilling rig and workover rig to complete the specific purpose of the job; ⑥ during the operation Reasonable design of offline operations to improve drilling and completion efficiency; ⑦ batch well fracturing factory pattern. This kind of industrial well operation can provide technical ideas and means for efficient and low-cost development of unconventional natural gas resources.
