目的:调查我校助产专业学生对实践教学各环节的满意度,分析其影响因素,为助产专业教学改革提供依据。方法:采用自制调查问卷,调查2014、2015、2016届三届助产专业毕业生对实践教学各个环节的满意度,其中包括对在校实训的满意度,医院见习的满意度及毕业前实习的满意度三个部分。结果:我校助产专业毕业生对实践教学整体满意度较高,其中在校实训与临床实习两个部分满意度较高,而对医院见习满意度较低。
Objective: To investigate the satisfaction of midwifery majors in practice teaching and analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide basis for midwifery teaching reform. Methods: Self-made questionnaires were used to survey the satisfaction of all three midwifery graduates in 2014, 2015 and 2016 with regard to practice teaching, including satisfaction with school training, satisfaction with hospital internship and pre-graduation internship Satisfaction of the three parts. Results: The midwifery graduates in our school were more satisfied with the practical teaching. Among them, the satisfaction of the two parts of school training and clinical practice was higher, while the satisfaction with the internship in the hospital was lower.
