为探究热轧扇形板在使用过程中产生龟裂纹的原因,结合现场扇形板的使用工况,采用ANSYS有限元分析方法,建立热力耦合模型对其使用过程中的温度场、应力场进行分析。分析结果表明,卷取过程中扇形板温度场和热应力场的不均匀性以及局部区域反复的应力集中和热疲劳是造成扇形板龟裂纹的主要成因,并提出了相应的改进和防治龟裂的方法和措施。
In order to explore the cause of cracking of the hot-rolled sector plate during use, the thermal-coupled model was established using ANSYS finite element analysis method to analyze the temperature field and stress field in the process of using the sector plate. .
