目前,临床药学在我国已逐渐开展起来,它涉及到药师参与临床合理用药、设计给药方案及处理不合理处方等。笔者通过实际工作,觉得目前药学院校学生比较缺乏临床知识,如病理、内科、外科、儿科、妇产科、五官科等。不了解发病机制与治疗原则,怎么谈合理用药呢?因此,为适应临床药学的开展,建议药学院校适当开设临床课。当然,这些课程不能象医学院校学生那样学的很深,只是一般了解。最好能将内科、外科、妇产科、五官科等编成
