目的 用HPLC法建立了测定氢溴酸右美沙芬颗粒含量的方法。方法 采用C1 8柱 (10 μm ,2 0cm) ,以磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯 (0 .0 0 7mol L)与硝酸铵 (0 .0 0 7mol L)的乙腈一水 (70 :3 0 )混合溶液 (用冰醋酸调pH值为 3 .4)为流动相 ,流速为 1.0ml min ;用 486检测器于 2 80nm波长处测定。结果 氢溴酸右美沙芬在 0 .0 40~ 0 .1818mg ml范围内 ,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系 ;平均回收率为 99.9% ,RSD =0 .79%。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为样品的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide particles. METHODS: The cells were isolated on a C1 8 column (10 μm, 20 cm) using a mixture of dioctyl sulfosuccinate (0.07 mol L) and ammonium nitrate (0.07 mol L) in acetonitrile-water 0) mixed solution (adjusted to pH3.4 with glacial acetic acid) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min; measured with a 486 detector at a wavelength of 280 nm. Results Dextromethorphan hydrobromide showed a good linear relationship with the concentration within the range of 0.040-0.1818 mg ml. The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD of 0.79%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a sample detection method.
