用主次波长法测定天然水中的铁,实验结果表明,当选定主波长λp为510nm,次波长λs为545nm,K=1时,Fe2+含量在1.25~30.0μg范围,lgy-lgx曲线呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999(n=6),回归方程式为lgy=0.8499lgx-0.6066,本法最低检测浓度为0.007mg·L-1,平均回收率为95.9%,三个量水平相对标准偏差分别为2.2%、2.3%和0.3%。
The primary and secondary wavelengths were used to determine the iron in natural water. The experimental results show that when the main wavelength λp is 510nm, the sub-wavelength λs is 545nm, the content of Fe2 + is 1.25 ~ 30.0μg when K = 1, the curve lgy-lgx The correlation coefficient was 0.9999 (n = 6). The regression equation was lgy = 0.8499lgx-0.6066. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.007 mg · L-1 and the average recovery was 95 .9%. The relative standard deviations of the three levels were 2.2%, 2.3% and 0.3% respectively.
