提出了一种刀具故障检测方法,该方法把模糊逻辑和神经网络结合起来,并用神经网络分解技术,建立了一个刀具状态识别网络。该网络适用于用多传感器对刀具复杂状态进行识别和分类,具有训练时间短、执行速度快、可靠性高、抗噪能力强等特点。
A tool fault detection method is proposed. The method combines fuzzy logic with neural network, and uses neural network decomposition technology to establish a tool state recognition network. The network is suitable for multi-sensor tool to identify complex states and classification, with a short training time, fast execution, high reliability, anti-noise ability and so on.
