目的建立工作场所空气中过氧化氢的硫酸氧钛分光光度检测方法。方法空气中的过氧化氢用硫酸氧钛吸收液吸收,反应生成黄色化合物,在410 nm波长下比色测定。结果标准曲线的测定范围10-180μg,方法的检出限为1.2μg/ml。本法的相对标准偏差小于2.9%,采样效率为100%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、简便、毒性低、便于推广,可满足工作场所空气检测的要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide in workplace air by titanyl sulfate titration spectrophotometry. Methods Hydrogen peroxide in the air was absorbed by titanyl sulfate absorbent and reacted to form a yellow compound. The colorimetric determination was carried out at a wavelength of 410 nm. The results of the standard curve range of 10-180μg, the detection limit of 1.2μg / ml. The relative standard deviation of this Law is less than 2.9% and the sampling efficiency is 100%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, simple, low toxicity, easy to promote, to meet the requirements of the workplace air testing.
