六价铬为吞入性毒物/吸入性极毒物,皮肤接触可能导致过敏;更可能造成遗传性基因缺陷,吸入可能致癌,对环境有持久危险性。但这些是六价铬的特性,铬金属、三价或四价铬并不具有这些毒性。一般情况下,我们仅仅是对总铬含量进行检测,所以有必要建立一种针对六价铬的检测方法,但是离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法中设备昂贵,一般的检测机构很难满足,为此,我们试着使用较为基础的手段对其进行检测。

Under normal circumstances, we only test the total chromium content, so it is necessary to establish a detection method for hexavalent chromium, but ion chromatography - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, expensive equipment, the general detection mechanism is difficult to meet, To this end, we try to use a more basic means to detect it.
