在新课程标准下,数学教学应当以学生的发展为本。学生是数学学习的主人,教师要从传统的角色中走出来,不仅需要从教育教学的规律出发给自己的工作和作用定位,而且需要了解社会对教师职业的新期待,进而形成新的教育教学行为。不同的教学理念,会带来不同的教学活动,产生不同的学习效果。本人结合近几年的教学实践,从以下几方面谈谈课程改革下的数学教学。
Under the new curriculum standards, mathematics teaching should be based on the development of students. Students are the masters of mathematics learning. Teachers should come out from the traditional roles. They not only need to set their own jobs and functions from the laws of education and teaching, but also need to understand the new expectation of the society to the teachers’ occupation so as to form a new education and teaching behavior. Different teaching ideas, will bring different teaching activities, resulting in different learning outcomes. I combine the teaching practice in recent years, from the following aspects to talk about the curriculum reform of mathematics teaching.
