目的:探讨p16和c-myc在人脑星形细胞瘤中的表达及与星形细胞瘤病理分级的关系及p16和c-myc在细胞周期中的关系,为星形细胞瘤的预防、诊断和预测预后提供新思路。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测50例人脑星形细胞瘤和6例正常脑组织石蜡标本中p16和c-myc的表达。结果:随着病理级别的升高,p16阳性率逐渐下降,I~Ⅱ和Ⅲ~IV级比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=4.327,P<0.05);随着病理级别的升高,c-myc阳性率逐渐升高,I~Ⅱ和Ⅲ~IV级比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=6.211,P<0.05)。在56例石蜡标本中p16和c-myc阳性率呈负相关(r=-0.997,P<0.01)。结论:p16和c-myc的联合检测可作为判断星形细胞瘤分化程度及恶性程度重要的参考指标,p16和c-myc在细胞周期中发挥重要作用,在细胞周期中,p16抑制c-myc的增殖,为选择星形细胞瘤临床手术方案及减少神经功能丢失程度和预测预后提供新思路。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of p16 and c-myc in human astrocytoma and the pathological grade of astrocytoma and the relationship between p16 and c-myc in the cell cycle, and to provide evidence for the prevention and diagnosis of astrocytoma And predict prognosis provide new ideas. Conclusion: The combined detection of p16 and c-myc can be used as an important reference index to determine the degree of differentiation and malignancy of astrocytomas. P16 and c-myc play an important role in the cell cycle.
