电离辐射能够诱导细胞一系列基因的表达。与辐射抗性相关的基因如p53抑癌基因、癌基因、DNA损伤修复相关基因以及影响细胞生长分化的多种调控基因等,通过参与调节细胞周期、促进细胞DNA损伤修复和抑制细胞凋亡等多种途径,最终使得细胞的辐射抗性增加。目前人们对其中一些基因的作用机制已有所了解,而对更多的基因的作用机理尚不清楚。认识细胞辐射抗性相关基因的表达调控和生物功能对阐明细胞辐射抗性分子机制至关重要。
Ionizing radiation can induce the expression of a series of genes in a cell. Radiation resistance-related genes such as p53 tumor suppressor genes, oncogenes, DNA damage repair related genes and a variety of regulatory genes that affect cell growth and differentiation, through the regulation of cell cycle, promote cell DNA damage repair and inhibition of apoptosis A variety of pathways ultimately lead to increased cellular radiation resistance. At present, people have some understanding of the mechanism of action of some of these genes, but the mechanism of action on more genes is not yet clear. It is very important to recognize the expression regulation and biological function of the genes related to cell radiation resistance to clarify the molecular mechanism of cell radiation resistance.
