由中国大学生体育协会、中国中学生体育协会、英格兰足球超级联赛共同举办的“学转英超”校园足球教练员培训班在深圳圆满落幕,作为一名足球教练员切身感受到了来自英国独特的足球训练模式。英国教练员们带来了“SMILES法则”“STEPS法则”等训练理念。实事求是地讲,由于东西方文化差异、教育及训练理念的不同,这次学习带来的更多是一些对比与思考,对于本土教练员来说确实是一次理念革新之旅。
The training session of “School-based English Premier League” campus football coaches jointly organized by China University Sports Association, China High School Sports Association and England Premier League came to a successful conclusion in Shenzhen.
