目的 :探讨尖锐湿疣从异型增生到癌变的DNA含量变化规律。方法 :应用JDICM A图像分析系统对伴异型增生Ⅰ~Ⅲ级或伴癌变的尖锐湿疣 43例进行DNA含量检测 ,并与 2 5例单纯尖锐湿疣的DNA含量做比较。结果 :单纯尖锐湿疣 ,尖锐湿疣伴异型增生Ⅲ级 ,尖锐湿疣合并原位癌及尖锐湿疣癌变之间DNA含量依次递增 ,差异具有显著意义。其中尖锐湿疣伴异型增生Ⅲ级细胞含有大于 5倍体的非整倍体细胞。结论 :尖锐湿疣伴有异型增生Ⅲ级的细胞是一种异常增殖细胞 ,在伴有异型增生的尖锐湿疣癌变中发挥了一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the change of DNA content of condyloma acuminata from dysplasia to carcinogenesis. Methods: The DNA content of 43 condyloma acuminatum patients with dysplasia grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ or with condyloma acuminatum was detected by JDICM A image analysis system and compared with the DNA content of 25 cases of condyloma acuminatum. Results: The content of DNA between simple condyloma acuminatum, condylomata acuminata with dysplasia grade Ⅲ, condyloma acuminata with carcinoma in situ and condyloma acuminata increased gradually, the difference was significant. Which genital warts with dysplasia grade Ⅲ cells contain more than 5-fold aneuploidy cells. Conclusion: The genital warts with grade Ⅲ dysplasia are abnormal proliferating cells and play a role in the carcinogenesis of condyloma acuminatum associated with dysplasia.
