[目的]了解我国医用诊断X射线对放射医务工作者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的状况。[方法]全面检索相关文献,以检查细胞数、染色体畸变细胞数和畸变率为基本数据,应用Meta分析方法对各研究进行数据的合并与分析。[结果]共7篇文献入选,累计放射组1 240例,对照组412例,放射组与染色体畸变率高于对照组(相差0.282,95%可信区间为0.277～0.286)。[结论]医用诊断X射线可引起外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率增高,必须做好放射卫生防护工作。
[Objective] To understand the status of chromosomal aberrations in peripheral blood lymphocytes of medical radiologists using medical diagnostic X-ray in our country. [Methods] The related literatures were searched comprehensively, and the cell numbers, the number of chromosome aberration cells and the aberration rate were taken as the basic data. The data of each study were combined and analyzed by Meta analysis. [Results] A total of 7 articles were included in the study. Among them, 1240 patients in the cumulative radiotherapy group and 412 patients in the control group had higher radiofrequency and chromosomal aberration rates than the control group (0.282; 95% confidence interval, 0.277-0.286). [Conclusion] Medical diagnosis of X-ray can cause peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate increased, radiation health protection must be done.
