国民经济在发展,人民生活水平在提高,普及营养学知识势在必行。人民大众若能应用营养学知识解决营养学问题,就会使营养科学的成就尽快转化成保障人民健康的社会效益。为此,我们设计了“食物营养评分(Nutritional Score of Food,NSF)”这一方法,使普通群众根据“学生成绩百分制”的概念理解食物营养评分的含义,以便使营养科学的知识应用到人们的日常生活中去。
