听力是英语教学当中一个重要组成部分,研究听力理解的影响因素有助于提高听力教学效果和学生听力水平。本研究运用因子分析法,探究影响学生听力理解因素。结果发现:在语言因素、策略因素、智力和心理因素、文化因素中,智力和心理因素是影响学生英语听力的主要因素。进而对该四个因素进行因子提取,分析每个因素中起重要作用的因子。基于研究结果,建议学生通过拓宽知识面,提高听力词汇量储备,培养良好心理素质和合理使用元认知策略等方法提高听力理解水平。
Listening is an important part of English teaching. Studying the influencing factors of listening comprehension helps to improve the listening teaching and students’ listening ability. This study uses factor analysis to explore factors that affect students’ listening comprehension. The results showed that among the linguistic factors, strategic factors, intellectual and psychological factors, and cultural factors, mental and psychological factors are the main factors affecting students’ English listening comprehension. And then factor extraction of the four factors, analysis of each factor plays an important role in the factor. Based on the findings, it is suggested that students improve their listening comprehension by broadening their knowledge, improving the vocabulary of their listening comprehension, developing good psychological quality and using metacognitive strategies rationally.
