本文对路易斯安那州采伐林地的水土保持措施进行了研究,并估算了采伐林地的土壤侵蚀速率。作者于1985年对采伐两年的1584个林地样地进行了调查,用通用土壤流失方程式估算了土壤流失量。虽然在采伐林地的运材道、集材道上未能广泛实行种植牧草、修筑截水沟等水土保持措施,但是在两年内对95.5%的样地都进行了补植。采伐林地预测的最大土壤侵蚀速率(6.7t/hm~2·a)发生在运材道上。在采伐地整地方法中,机械作业产生最大的土壤侵蚀速率(10.4t/hm~2·a),而无机械处理的火烧法产生最小的土壤侵蚀速率(0.5~0.8t/hm~2·a)。无采伐的森林植被径流缓冲带并不能完全阻止沟头侵蚀。
This paper studies soil and water conservation measures for harvesting woodland in Louisiana and estimates the rates of soil erosion in harvested woodlands. In 1985, the author investigated 1,584 forest plots sampled during two years of harvest and estimated the amount of soil loss using the general equation of soil loss. Although planting of grass and construction of water conservancy measures such as cutting ditches are not widely practiced on timber roads for harvesting timberland and on timber roads, 95.5% of the sites have been replanted within two years. The predicted maximum soil erosion rate (6.7 t / hm ~ 2 · a) in harvested woodland occurred on the timber road. In the method of site preparation for harvesting, the maximum soil erosion rate (10.4t / hm ~ 2 · a) occurred in mechanical operations, while the minimum rate of soil erosion (0.5 ~ 0.8t / hm ~ 2 · a) ). Untreated forest vegetation runoff buffer does not completely prevent the head erosion.
