砖混房屋的纵墙和横墙在施工中形成的临时间断处,采用何种留槎形式直接关系到房屋的整体性。尽管砖石施工规范对此做出了明确规定,但由于以往未进行这方面的试验研究,缺乏试验数据,致使施工中贯彻执行规范不力。本文针对这个问题,通过同时砌筑、斜槎、直槎加拉筋和直槎不加筋4种纵、横墙连接方案,共24个试件的拉力试验对比,得出各方案的拉力比值为1:0.93:0.85:0.72,同时找出其规律性。通过对砌体内拉结钢筋应力的测定,发现拉结钢筋在纵、横墙连接中不能充分发挥作用,最终应力只达到其屈服强度的1/5左右。最后,文章就如何认真执行砖石施工规范的规定,提出明确的看法。
When the vertical and horizontal walls of a brick-concrete house form a temporary break in construction, the type of stay-in-place used is directly related to the integrity of the house. Although the masonry construction code has clearly defined this, due to the lack of experimental research in this area and the lack of test data, the implementation of the norm in the construction process has been weak. In this paper, according to this problem, through the simultaneous connection of four kinds of vertical and horizontal wall joint schemes of masonry, inclined concrete, straight concrete reinforcement, and straight concrete non-reinforcement, a total of 24 test specimens are compared in tension test, and the ratio of pull ratio of each scheme is obtained. For 1:0.93:0.85:0.72, find out its regularity. Through the determination of the stress of the steel bars in the masonry, it was found that the steel bar can not fully play its role in the vertical and horizontal wall joints, and the final stress can only reach 1/5 of its yield strength. Finally, the article puts forward a clear view on how to implement the rules for masonry construction.
