目的 了解维甲酸纳米粒对兔视网膜是否产生毒性。方法 30只青紫蓝兔的 6 0眼随机分为 5组 ,每组 12眼 ,正常组不注药 ,其余分别向玻璃体腔注入维甲酸纳米粒 5、10、2 0mg·L-1以及BSS(对照组 ) 0 .3mL ,以检眼镜、电生理、光镜和电镜检查观察视网膜变化情况。结果 注药后 7d,光镜检查 2 0mg·L-1组出现神经节细胞的空泡样变 ,电镜及电生理检查未见异常 ,14d时恢复正常 ;至 2 8d ,未发现各浓度的维甲酸纳米粒对视网膜产生毒性作用。结论 玻璃体腔注入浓度≤ 2 0mg·L-1的维甲酸纳米粒 ,对视网膜不会产生毒性作用
Objective To investigate whether retinoic acid nanoparticles produce toxicity on rabbit retina. Methods Sixty eyes of 30 blue-purple rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups (12 eyes in each group). The rabbits in normal group were injected with retinoic acid nanoparticles 5,10,2 0 mg · L-1 and BSS ( Control group) 0 .3mL, ophthalmoscopy, electrophysiology, light microscopy and electron microscopy to observe changes in the retina. Results 7 days after injection, the vacuolar changes of ganglion cells were observed by light microscopy in 20 mg · L-1 group. No abnormalities were observed by electron microscopy and electrophysiological examination, and returned to normal after 14 days. At 28 days, no concentration Formic acid nanoparticles produce toxic effects on the retina. Conclusion Intravitreal injection of retinoic acid nanoparticles with concentration ≤20mg · L-1 can not produce toxic effects on the retina
