本文通过测试广州、成都、上海和南京等城市的地铁线路的钢轨波磨,从线路工况和扣件类型两个方面分析钢轨波磨发生机理。测试数据表明,波磨发生机理复杂,多数发生于减振轨道系统曲线段的低轨,相应锤击测试表明线路工况对钢轨波磨影响大于扣件类型的影响。数据同时表明使用谐振式浮轨扣件区域钢轨无波磨产生或降低改造前波磨。本文根据波磨测试结果和浮轨结构,提出通过钢轨中波动传播特性思路研究钢轨波磨产生机理。
In this paper, the rail corrugation mechanism of railroad track is analyzed from two aspects of line condition and fastener type by testing the rail corrugation of metro lines in Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shanghai and Nanjing. The test data shows that the mechanism of corrugation is complex and most of them occur on the low orbit of the curved section of the vibration reduction track system. The corresponding hammer tests show that the influence of the line condition on the rail corrugation is greater than the impact of the fastener type. The data also shows that the use of resonant floating rail fastener region rail without grinding produce or reduce corrugated before the transformation. In this paper, according to the wave test results and the structure of the floating rail, it is proposed to study the mechanism of the rail corrugation through the characteristics of wave propagation in the rail.
