为了研究在沥青路面横向和纵向设置变形缝后的抗变形能力和影响路面附加应力的主要因素。基于ANSYS技术建立了路面结构与地基相互作用的有限元模型,通过正交实验分析了路面结构在地基差异沉降时的受力性能和影响路面附加应力各因素的敏感性。结果表明:地表正负曲率变形时,设缝路面基层差异沉降、面层和基层底部最大水平附加应力较不设缝路面均有显著减小;建议在设缝沥青路面结构优化设计中以路面宽度、差异沉降量和基层厚度作为控制要素。
In order to study the anti-deformability and the main factors that affect the additional stress of the pavement after setting the deformation joints in both horizontal and vertical directions of the asphalt pavement. Based on the ANSYS technology, the finite element model of the interaction between pavement structure and foundation is set up. The orthogonal test is used to analyze the stress behavior of the pavement structure under differential subsidence of foundation and the sensitivity of the factors that affect the additional stress of the pavement. The results show that when the positive and negative curvature of the surface deform, the base of the pavement is set differently and the maximum horizontal additional stress of the pavement and the base is significantly reduced compared with that without pavement. It is suggested that the pavement width , The amount of differential settlement and grass-roots thickness as a control element.
