本文是对钢铁厂含铁尘泥制造炼钢用氧化球团矿的研究。采用一次回归正交设计,研究了预热温度,焙烧温度及时间在较大范围内变化时,球团矿性质的变化情况。介绍了等温焙烧条件下球团矿冷抗压强度,视比重及FeO含最的测定结果。得出了详细的经验数学模型。球团矿性质的等值曲线表明:焙烧温度对球团矿的抗压强度和视比重起重要作用,其次是焙烧时间。预热温度对FeO含量起重要作用。本文还讨论了焙烧温度和时间以及其它因素之间的重要交互作用。
This article is the steel mill iron dust production of steel oxide pellets. A regression orthogonal design was used to study the changes of the properties of the pellets when the preheating temperature, the calcining temperature and the time were varied in a wide range. The cold compressive strength, apparent specific gravity and FeO content of pellets under isothermal calcination were introduced. Come to a detailed empirical mathematical model. The equivalent curve of pellet properties shows that calcination temperature plays an important role in compressive strength and apparent specific gravity of pellets, followed by calcination time. Preheating temperature plays an important role in the FeO content. This article also discusses the important interactions between roasting temperature and time and other factors.
