在方坯弧型连铸机上进行三次试验,共浇注了六炉奥氏体不锈钢,浇成四炉,拉出不锈铜连铸坯80余米,铸坯质量尚好,用1Cr18Ni9连铸坯经二火锻成φ80mm 管坯,再剥皮至φ75mm 光管坯其综合成材率为75.26%,比不锈钢模注提高4.52%。攻关组对连铸机的结晶器振动形式,无氧化保护浇注,开浇工艺,二冷制度及铸坯在线切割等项目进行攻关,所采取的技术方案和设备改进措施是可行的。
