目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗陈旧性外伤性前房积血的疗效。方法 :静滴 2 0 %甘露醇 2 50ml,每日 1次或 2次 ,结膜下注射尿激酶 30 0 0U ,隔日 1次。服桃红四物汤加减 ,每日 1次 ,7d为 1疗程 ,一般治疗 2个疗程 ,并与常规治疗组对照。结果 :治疗组治愈率 95 5% ,总有效率 10 0 % ,对照组为 50 %和 80 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗陈旧性外伤性前房积血较为有效。 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on old traumatic hyphema. Methods: 50 ml intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol 2, once or twice a day, subconjunctival injection of urokinase 30 0U, every other day. Services Taohong Siwu Decoction 1 day, 7d for a course of treatment, the general treatment of 2 courses, and conventional treatment group control. Results: The cure rate was 95.5%, the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 50% and 80% in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of old traumatic hyphema is more effective.
