开角青光眼眼压增高的原因一般认为是房水排出减少。青光眼病人房水排出管道的解剖研究没有提供什么异常的证据。近年来透射电镜的研究证明有一些细胞外物质堆积在Schlemm管内侧壁附近。近来对开角青光眼病人小梁切除的标本检查说明,在紧靠前房的小梁网眼内有明显的堵塞。如果证实这些堵塞物质的性质就可能为青光眼房水排出异常的原因提供证据。作者用扫描电镜及透射电镜检查了13例开角青光眼小梁切除的标本,每一标本正常小梁结构清晰可见,可以看到色素膜网眼是圆形的,角巩膜网眼大而扁平,网眼内未见细胞外物质堆积。
Open-angle glaucoma causes of increased intraocular pressure is generally considered to reduce aqueous humor discharge. In recent years, transmission electron microscopy studies have shown that some extracellular material accumulation in the Schlemm tube near the inner wall. Recently, open-angle glaucoma trabeculectomy patients showed that there is a clear blockage in the trabecular meshwork close to the anterior chamber. If you confirm the nature of these obstructive material may provide evidence of the cause of abnormal aqueous humor drainage of glaucoma. The authors examined 13 cases of open-angle glaucoma trabecular meshwork by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The normal trabecular structure of each specimen was clearly visible. The retinal mesh was round, the scleral meshes were large and flat, No accumulation of extracellular material.
