学校德育工作是素质教育的核心,对青少年健康成长起着导向、动力和保证的作用。随着社会的发展,传媒的推广、普及,网络的铺天盖地,学生已经对社会有了一定的认识,因此就存在一个愿意不愿意接受的问题。所谓:“好学者不如乐学者。”所以,开展德育工作,就要了解学生的思想动态和实际表现,开辟不同的育人渠道,多管齐下,增强德育的针对性,达到说做结合,并注重实践,重视学生的健康发展。
