目前国内外已广泛应用细胞体外培养方法进行医学、生物学等方面的研究,建立一个良好的细胞株(Strain)、细胞系(Line),为体外培养的各种研究提供了许多方便。然而,一个细胞株(系)的生物学特征如何,直接关系到研究的结果,所以在作各种体外培养研究之前,对该细胞株(系)的生物学特性必须有所了解。细胞遗传学待征是任何肿瘤细胞株(系)的最重要的生物学待性之一,同时也是该细胞株(系)的其他生物学特性的基础。我们采用染色体核型分析的方法,对大鼠骨肉瘤ROCL——Am831细胞系进行了细胞遗传学研究,并对其结构异常的染色体和数目作了初步分析。
At present, the in vitro culture method has been widely used at home and abroad for medical, biological and other research, to establish a good cell line (Strain), cell line (Line), which provides a lot of convenience for a variety of studies in vitro culture. However, the biological characteristics of a cell line (line) are directly related to the results of the study. Therefore, before conducting various in vitro culture studies, the biological characteristics of the cell line (line) must be understood. Cytogenetics is one of the most important biological features of any tumor cell line (line) and is also the basis of other biological characteristics of the cell line (line). We used chromosome karyotype analysis method to study the cytogenetics of rat osteosarcoma ROCL-Am831 cell line, and made a preliminary analysis of the chromosome and number of its structural abnormalities.
