Objective: To investigate the effect of bilateral vaginal nerve block anesthesia on vaginal delivery to reduce the injury of soft birth canal. Methods: 600 cases of primiparas born in normal vaginal delivery and 50 cases of perineal incision and forceps in anesthesia were anesthetized with bilateral genital nerve block after the fetal head was exposed. Results: Normal delivery, perineal and soft birth canal injury accounted for 48%; perineal complete or only the vaginal wall close to the vaginal opening without suturing 40%, the remaining 12% due to the possibility of causing inevitable crack Injury and perineal excision. Guild of the vaginal delivery forceps (all low forceps) to deepen those who deepen those who account for 20%. Conclusion: Bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia is effective in reducing the injury of soft birth canal, especially for forceps and has a positive effect on reducing the depth of lateral incision.
