眼下上海的房产市场“涨声”一片,一向热热闹闹的股票市场却无人喝彩,大多数人不得不持币观望。其实,与他们截然不同的还有另外一些投资者,他们将目光投向了商家必争的另一片热土——商铺。用他们的行话来说,这个时候投资商铺,绝不亚于买进一大把“原始股”。 可是,不同形态的商铺,投资时的要点也不尽相同。诸如临街商铺、地铁商铺、商场商铺和社区商铺,这些让投资者神魂颠倒的商铺,它们到底魅力何在,身价又是几何呢?
Right now Shanghai’s real estate market, “up” a stock market has been bustling, but no one applauded, most people have to wait and see.
