针对临床中大(4L、4号)、小(3L、3、7号)两类手术刀柄与刀片不通用,功能单一,术中须频繁地更换、交替使用,且刀柄无护套,常使刀架、刀片碰损,刀尖也易误刺伤人的弊端;笔者历经六个阶段研制了一套由“普通型、镊型、旋钮型、卡簧型、双头双刃型及骨科测探型多功能手术刀柄”组成的多功能系列手术刀柄,通用于9-34号所有型号手术刀片,操作便捷,使用安全,小巧便携,一械多用,特别适合各级医疗队去基层巡诊、抢险救灾或装备部队供海战或野战外科手术使用,可有效减少手术器械携带的重量、数量和体积,有助于提高手术质量和效率。
