采用自主研制的一套预应力碳纤维板(CFRP Plate)张拉和锚固机械装置,在12 m长的工字形钢梁上对国产碳纤维板材进行了预应力张拉和锚固试验;检测国产碳纤维板的基本材料力学性能,研究并分析该加固系统的预应力损失情况;运用光纤光栅传感元件(FBG)对长期预应力下的国产碳纤维板徐变性能进行了近4 000 h的观测。试验结果表明碳纤维板在锚固端的滑移极小,该预应力碳纤维板加固系统具有良好的机械性能;长期预应力下国产碳纤维板徐变很小,徐变性能对加固长期效果的影响不大。
A self-developed set of prestressed CFRP plate tensioning and anchoring machinery was used to prestress and anchor the domestic carbon fiber sheets on 12 m long I-shaped steel beams. The mechanical properties of the basic materials were studied and analyzed. The FBG sensor was used to measure the creep properties of domestic carbon fiber sheets under long-term prestressing force for nearly 4000 h. The test results show that the carbon fiber plate at the anchor end of the minimal sliding, the prestressed carbon fiber reinforced board system has good mechanical properties; long-term prestressed carbon fiber board creep is small, creep properties of long-term reinforcement effect is not affected.
