通过自行设计加工的模具研究不同释压量下微发泡试样的发泡行为。首次揭示泡孔平均直径随释压量的变化规律。结果显示:泡孔平均直径并不是随着释压量的减小而减小,而是随着释压量的减小先减小后增大。通过补充添加了蒙脱土成核剂的实验,证实泡孔平均直径在小释压量时反而增大的真正原因是高熔体能量造成临界成核半径增加。因此,只有适当的控制释压量才可以得到尺寸较好的微孔结构。
The foaming behaviors of micro-foamed samples under different pressure release were studied by self-designed molds. For the first time revealed the law of the average cell diameter with pressure release changes. The results showed that the average cell diameter did not decrease with the decrease of the pressure release amount, but decreased and then increased with the decrease of the pressure release amount. The experiment that supplemented the montmorillonite nucleating agent confirmed that the true reason why the average cell diameter increases at low pressure is the increase of the critical nucleation radius caused by high melt energy. Therefore, only the appropriate control of the amount of pressure to get a better size of the porous structure.
