首次对工业化对信息化的促进效率进行了定义,并从投入产出角度构建了全要素效率评价指标。利用VRM方法可以处理负投入或者负产出的特点和BP神经网络的非线性特征和自适应性,提出一种新的效率评价模型--BP-VRM(variant of the radial measure)方法,并对我国30个省市2003年到2011年的工业化对信息化的促进效率进行了分析。主要结论有:1.西部地区省市的工业化对信息化促进效率平均值要高于中部和东部,中部最低。2.各省份之间的促进效率差距在逐步缩小。
For the first time, this paper defines the promotion efficiency of informatization in industrialization and constructs the index of total factor efficiency from the perspective of input-output. The VRM method can be used to deal with the characteristics of negative input or negative output and the nonlinear characteristics and adaptability of BP neural network. A new efficiency evaluation model - BP-VRM (variant of the radial measure) is proposed. The industrialization of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2011 analyzed the efficiency of information technology. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The average efficiency of promoting industrialization in the provinces and cities in the western region is higher than that in the central and eastern parts and the lowest in the middle part. 2. The gap between the provinces in promoting efficiency is gradually narrowing.
