目的探讨在快速尿素酶试验中改良后的反应液配置方法的优越性。方法在2011年7月至8月中的选20个工作日,在此期间的每日所应用的反应液分为两组制作,每组50例,一组作为实验组用改良后的新方法来制作,另一组作为对照组用传统的方法来制作;并记录每组反应液合格的例数、每组所用时间、酚红试剂的体积及尿素的质量等4项指标;对此两组数据用IBMSPSSStatistics19统计软件进行对比分析。结果实验组合格反应液的总数:1000例;平均每组所用时间:296.85s;平均每组所用酚红试剂:10.00ml;平均每组所用尿素的质量:0.20g。对照组合格反应液的总数:800例;平均每组所用时间:615.30s;平均每组所用酚红试剂:15.10ml;平均每组所用尿素的质量:0.30g。改良后的配置方法与传统的配置方法相比,制作成功率由80%提高至100%;制作完成50个快速尿素酶试验的反应液,时间节省52%,酚红试剂节省34%,尿素节省33%。对两组中合格例数的比较行Kolmogorov-Smirnov正态性检验,每组平均所用的时间、酚红试剂的体积、尿素的质量分别作独立样本的T检验,P值均<0.01。结论所记录各项指标,实验组均优于对照组,具有统计学的意义。且改进后的配置方法简单易行,可以多、快、好、省的完成反应液制作任务,值得推广。
Objective To explore the superiority of the modified reaction solution configuration method in rapid urease test. Methods During the 20 working days selected from July to August 2011, the daily reaction solutions used during this period were divided into two groups, 50 in each group, and one group was used as the experimental group with a new modified method And the other group as the control group using traditional methods to produce; and record the number of each group of qualified reaction solution, the time each group, the volume of phenol red reagent and the quality of urea and other four indicators; the two groups Data using IBMSPSSStatistics19 statistical software for comparative analysis. Results The total number of the experimental reaction mixture: 1000 cases; the average time spent each group: 296.85s; the average of each group using phenol red reagent: 10.00ml; average quality of urea used in each group: 0.20g. Control group, the total number of qualified reaction solution: 800 cases; the average time spent each group: 615.30s; average each group with phenol red reagent: 15.10ml; average quality of urea used in each group: 0.30g. The improved configuration method compared with the traditional configuration method, the production success rate increased from 80% to 100%; completed production of 50 rapid urease test reaction solution, time saving 52%, phenol red reagent saving 34%, urea savings 33%. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test was used to compare the number of eligible cases in both groups. The mean time spent in each group, the volume of phenol red reagent, and the mass of urea were independently tested by T-test, all P <0.01. Conclusion All the indexes recorded in the experimental group were better than the control group, with statistical significance. And the improved configuration method is simple and easy, can be more, faster, better, provincial completion of the reaction liquid production tasks, it is worth promoting.
