In order to strengthen the supply and management of the entire army’s medicinal materials, the General Logistics Department issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Management of the Supply of Medicinal Herbs in October 1997. Subsequently, General Ministry of Health issued a circular on the implementation of the spirit of the document. In order to unify the understanding of the importance of the supply of medicinal herbs to the main channel and actively promote the reform of the supply and management of military medicinal materials, the General Bureau of Pharmaceutical Equipment Bureau of the Ministry of Health, in combination with the spirit of the document, has devoted nine questions to provide solutions for learning and understanding.
