职业伦理以某些具有共同价值观的职业群体为存在基础,对于规范职业行为,在促使职业群体建设认同感的同时可以优化职业。检察官职业伦理有其独特的价值,其首先体现为作为职业伦理主体的检察官与其职业相关主体之间的一种客观交往关系,在这种交往关系中需要检察职业伦理规范,且受控于检察官伦理规范。检察工作是国家司法工作的重要组成部分,检察知识必不可少,更重要的是需要崇高的职业伦理来树立法律权威,维护社会公平正义。本文分析了我国目前检察官职业化建设过程当中存在的问题,为完善我国检察官职业化提出了自己的意见。 Occupation ethics is based on certain occupational groups with common values, and for the standardization of occupational behaviors, it can optimize occupations while promoting the recognition of occupational groups. Prosecutorial knowledge is indispensable. What is more important is the need of lofty professional ethics to establish legal authority and safeguard social fairness and justice. This article analyzes the existing problems in the current process of prosecutors’ professionalization in our country and puts forward their own opinions for perfecting our country ’s prosecutors’ professionalization.
