随着新医改政策的出台,原有的绩效考核制度缺陷日益显著,在新医改背景下构建医务绩效管理模式迫在眉睫。笔者结合我国医院的社会公益性定位,结合医院实际情况,提出了新医务绩效管理模式的构建原则、构建思路、考核内容关键环节及考核模式,强调了医院绩效考核要体现国家利益、人民利益及社会利益三方面的准则。
With the promulgation of the new medical reform policy, the defects of the original performance appraisal system have become increasingly prominent. It is imminent to construct the medical performance management model under the background of the new medical reform. Based on the social welfare orientation of hospitals in our country and combined with the actual situation in hospitals, the author puts forward the principles of building a new medical performance management model, constructing ideas, key links and assessment modes of the medical contents, emphasizing that the hospital performance appraisal should embody national interests, people’s interests and Social interests of the three guidelines.
