以武广客运专线XXTJⅢ标轨枕厂双块式轨枕预制生产为背景,总结了成品轨枕出现的一些混凝土品质、预埋件等质量问题,并提出针对性的现场质量控制措施,只有不断进行技术与管理方面的创新才能在国内生产出高质量的双块式轨枕。
Based on the prefabricated double-sleeper sleeper of XXTJⅢ rail sleeper factory in Wu-Guang Passenger Dedicated Line, some quality problems such as concrete quality and embedded parts of finished rail sleeper are summarized, and some quality control measures are put forward. Only through constant technical and Innovation in management can produce high-quality double-block sleepers domestically.
