本研究运用问卷调查法对四川藏区中学教师的职业倦怠行进了深入研究,探讨了汉族和藏族中学教师的职业倦怠的特点及差异,尝试为后来的研究者提供跨文化的比较资料,希望能为相关决策者干预边远民族地区中学教师的职业倦怠提供理论依据。
In this study, we investigated in depth the occupational burnout of middle school teachers in the Tibetan areas of Sichuan by questionnaire, and discussed the characteristics and differences of occupational burnout among Han and Tibetan middle school teachers in an attempt to provide later researchers with cross-cultural comparative information. Provide theoretical basis for relevant decision-makers to intervene in the occupational burnout of middle school teachers in remote ethnic areas.
