研究肿瘤组织生物化学的最终目的是为了寻求有效控制其生长及发展的途径。虽然对于其他器官肿瘤的研究已经累积了不少成果,但有关胶质瘤的研究却仍然处在萌芽时期。由于胶质瘤的细胞组成有不同的起源,各型的病理变化差别亦颇悬殊。因而,实验研究常常难以取得完全一致的结论。为此,本文仅就目前对胶质瘤生化研究的几个主要方面作一些扼要的介绍。在肿瘤生长过程中,不仅肿瘤组织本身有特殊的生化变化,而且亦往往引起机体许多方面的代谢改变。临床上癌瘤患者出现恶病质就是一个典型的实例。其它如血液、体液的化学成分的变化就更为常见。本文将不包括这些资料。
The ultimate goal of research on tumor tissue biochemistry is to find ways to effectively control its growth and development. Although research on other organ tumors has accumulated a great deal of research, the study on glioma is still in its infancy. Due to the different origins of the cell components of glioma, the pathological changes of various types are also quite different. Therefore, it is often difficult to obtain completely consistent conclusions from experimental studies. To this end, this article only on the current glioma biochemical research in several major areas for some brief introduction. In the process of tumor growth, not only the tumor tissue itself has special biochemical changes, but also often cause many aspects of the body’s metabolic changes. Cachexia in clinical patients with cancer is a typical example. Other such as blood, body fluids changes in the chemical composition is even more common. This article will not include this information.
