采用气质联用技术，从胡椒根挥发油中分离鉴定出２２种化合物，其中以反式石竹烯为主，占５１２％。微量元素测定结果显示重金属含量均符合国家安全限量标准。
Using gas-mass spectrometry technology, 22 compounds were isolated and identified from the volatile oil of pepper root, of which trans-caryophyllene was the main, accounting for 51. 2%. Trace element determination results show that heavy metal content meets national safety limit standards.
